Presentations must be available to be uploaded to the conference computer via CD or USB flash drives in the morning or in the break prior to the start of the session. Two volunteers will be available to help, however, presenters are responsible for setting up their slides and making sure that the file opens correctly.
A PC with data projection facilities and internet access is available at the speakers’ podium. We are assuming that all presenters will want to display slides:
- in Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat format;
- loaded from a memory stick or CD.
Presenters should let Tina Anzic know in advance if this is not the case.
Poster sessions will be held during coffee breaks. We encourage the authors of each paper (long, short or published) to bring a poster so their work can be better discussed during coffe breaks. Posters should not exceed 1 m wide by 2 m tall. Fixings will be provided.
PRESENTATION TIME:
Keynote presenters: 60 minutes, including discussion
Long papers: 20 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion
Short/published papers: 10 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion
Posters: can be mounted from Monday morning and should remain up until the end of the conference so that they can be discussed during coffee breaks.
