Ondrej Kuzelka
Ondrej Kuzelka is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Cybernetics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU). His main current research interest is development of efficient algorithms for relational learning. In May 2013, he submitted his dissertation thesis entitled Fast Construction of Relational Features for Machine Learning.

Andrea Szaboova
Andrea Szaboova is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Cybernetics,
Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University
in Prague (CTU). Her research interest focuses on Predictive Modelling
of Protein-DNA Interaction through Machine Learning. She devised the
Ball Histogram method
and several other methods [1,
2,
3]
for prediction of proteins' properties. Besides this, she is also engaged in prediction of
antimicrobial activity of antimicrobial peptides
[4],
which can be a potential replacement of conventional antibiotics.
With Ondrej, she was responsible for development of TreeLiker application.
In May 2013, she submitted her dissertation thesis.
